In the parable of the great banquet, we are reminded that even if we refuse God’s invitation, he will go and find others who accept it.

In the parable of the workers in the field, Jesus teaches that God is always good, that he treats us much better than we deserve, and that all of us are equally valued in God’s Kingdom.
